Over 30 years in finance, brokerage and development valued in excess of $2 billion. Tom currently works side by side with a team of professionals including his family at All Day Retail LLC specializing in retail investment and development. Tom joined Opus Northwest, LLC in 1997 and later co-founded Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors in 2014. His broad base of development experience of over 40 commercial and residential projects including office, retail, apartments, high-rise condominiums, student housing, townhomes and industrial properties have ranged in size from $5 Million to over $100 Million. Prior to Opus, Tom worked in real estate investment sales, corporate services and commercial leasing on behalf of private and institutional investors. Tom began his career in commercial real estate finance.
Outside of the office, Tom spends most of his time pursuing his passions with his family including: exploring Montana, skiing, hiking, yoga, pickle ball, travel and sailing. Tom attended the University of Minnesota.
